We highly value our customers and therefore endeavour to ship your item within 3 x business days from the date of order payment.
Every effort is made to ensure that items are packaged and secured to avoid damage during postage.
Our shipping choice is Australia Post.
Please note that due to either distance or postal service, some delays may occur in some regions of Australia.
In addition, Australia Post does not make parcel deliveries on a daily basis - they usually only deliver parcels 1-2 days each week. This may also compound any occasional postal delays.
Please therefore allow for up to 14 x business days for your package to arrive. It will probably reach you sooner, but based on our experience, it could take a few weeks in some regions of Australia.
If you do not receive your package by this time, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to 'track' every package via Australia Post. To track Single and Double packs would almost double the cost of postage, and we try to keep these costs down, whilst investing more into quality packaging materials to protect your order.
All larger / commercial orders over $75 will be 'tracked' via Australia Post.

For our single / couple customers, copies of the book are shipped in a cardboard mailing sleeve.
Bulk copies are either shipped to clients in a small or large cardboard box dependent on the order size.
Once all items are shipped, we provide shipping confirmation via email.

I am a retailer - can I purchase copies to sell?
Retailers may purchase copies of the Essential Estate Summary to sell to their customers.
